Black Men Achieve of Greater Rochester, Inc., is a 501(C)3 non-profit youth and family development organization. Our mission is to help transform the lives of children, families and individuals by providing quality mentoring, life skills development, and health and wellness services. Black Men Achieve serves a void in our community by providing quality youth development and mentorship programming geared to boys and young men of color. Our program provides boys and young men of color in the Greater Rochester area with a safe and positive place to learn, socialize and engage with other youth and successful men in our community. Our ultimately goal is to break the school to prison pipeline and prevent young African American males from being recruited by gangs during the school year.
