Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church Supper Program

The Blessed Sacrament Supper Program provides a consistent evening meal for the hungry and homeless in Rochester. While the problems are many for most of our guests, our mission is simple—to provide a warm, nutritious meal and safe, hospitable social interaction. Many of our guests have housing and are employed, however, their limited income means assistance with a healthy meal is needed and appreciated. More than 300 volunteers help us prepare and serve meals to nearly 500 guests each week. Our program would not exist without the generosity of many local businesses, schools and community organizations who share their gifts—both financial and food—with us. We appreciate and welcome your gifts of both at any time. The Supper Program at Blessed Sacrament Church is located on Oxford Street near the corner of Monroe Avenue, and it is easily accessible to the RGRTA bus line. For more information or if you would like to make a donation to the Supper Program, please contact Mary Jo Lightholder at 585-442-5279
