FLACRA is a Center of Treatment Innovation (COTI) with services that include a Detox Center, Residential and Supportive Living Units, Veterans Campus, HHUNY, CHHUNY, HCBS, CORE, CFTSS (Care Management Services), Family Navigators, Mental Health Clinic, Recovery Community Centers in Ontario, Seneca, and Yates Counties, Youth Clubhouse in Wayne County, Housing Programs, and Outpatient programs throughout the Finger Lakes. These settings are client-centered environments created so that all in need will have a place to go for help. FLACRA’s services also include Mobile Telehealth. This mobile van will travel throughout the counties as a conduit for telehealth so that an individual will be able to see a doctor, nurse or clinician through an electronic platform. FLACRA has Certified Peer Specialists within all of our programs to meet those in need where they are at. With passion and experience, the Peer Specialists will provide the support needed to link individuals to resources and access to care.
