Flower City Chaplain Corps is an all volunteer 501c3 dedicated to providing a ministry of healing and comfort to all Law Enforcement and First Responders within the city of Rochester, Monroe County and beyond. Flower City Chaplains seek to sustain those in crisis, support those in need and and enhance the effectiveness of our police, firefighters, EMT's and other public servants that protect and serve our communities. The Chaplain Corps also serves as an agent to "bridge the gap" between the police and communities they serve. FCCC primary focus is officer wellness. We are available to the first responder for visits to sick/injured officers, their families, assist in death notification, officer ride alongs, marriage counseling, substance abuse counseling, Narcan adminstering, suicide prevention, spiritual health and education. FCCC also organizes special events for first responders and attends police/community events such as TIPS, Clergy on Patrol and Bridging the Gap.
