Geva Theatre Center

Thank you for choosing to support Geva Theatre Center at a time when your generosity makes such a difference. When the Covid-19 pandemic forced Geva to shut down in March of 2020, we didn’t know what the future would hold. After nearly 18 months with our doors closed to the public, we’re so happy to state “We’re back!”—and that our 49th season will officially open in January 2022. Your gift today will help us continue moving forward—bringing back everything we do, safely and with confidence. Geva is one of the country’s leading non-profit professional theatres and the most attended regional theatre in New York State, serving more than 160,000 patrons annually, including 20,000 students. Geva’s productions are made in Rochester, for Rochester, and with Rochester. Geva is committed to producing work that reflects the voices and stories that move, inspire, and connect people in our community. In addition to creating the art you see on stage, Geva serves young people in the Rochester City School District and across the region through innovative and immersive education activities, and our engagement programs amplify the work of community partners and foster dialogue around the pressing issues of today.
