Our mission is "trying to help and support those that help them". Them being the homeless cats in the city of Rochester and the surrounding areas.It is a sadness that is witnessed every day by those out on the streets feeding this population. Helping Hands works to raise money, collect food, foster & provide housing (short & long term) to see that these cats know that they are noticed and that they are loved.
