Jim Dooley Center for Early Learning at Geneva General Hospital

Be a ROCstar and help support the program that nurtures young children from infancy to entering school. The early years are learning years and the attentive care & outstanding preschool education provided at the Jim Dooley Center for Early Learning motivates children for a lifetime of learning. Community-based not for profit early childhood programs like JDCEL receive little to no government funding and rely on parent support & fundraising. At the Jim Dooley Center for Early Learning, we believe that devoted care; early literacy, attention to physical development & nutrition all serve to nurture the body, mind. Young children, including infants need to explore their surroundings, be read to daily by caring adults and engage in activities where they can express what they've learned. We promote early reading by involving families, including giving young children their own books to take home and enjoy. We are committed to fostering all aspects of healthy development in young children by maintaining highest standards in early childhood education. Jim Dooley Center for Early Learning holds accreditation by the National Association for the Education of Young Children for delivering high quality early education programming. NAEYC is the nation's largest organization of early childhood educators and most widely recognized accreditation system. The Jim Dooley Center is a service of Finger Lakes Health providing high quality childcare and early childhood education services to benefit its employees and the community. Thank you for considering partnering with us to help young learners get off to the best possible start.
