A visit to the Memorial Art Gallery is a journey through more than 5,000 years of art history. From the relics of antiquity to works in the vanguard of contemporary movements, MAG offers a panorama of the world’s art. Our 14-acre campus is a spectacular public art space that is a popular destination for Rochesterians and out-of-town visitors alike. In addition to our collection, the museum offers a year-round schedule of temporary exhibitions, lectures, concerts, tours, and family activities. MAG takes pride in its outreach to, and involvement with, the greater Rochester community, including our Expanded Learning Collaboration (ELC) with the Rochester City School District. This year, ELC will serve close to 575 students from Schools #19, #23, #29, #33, and #45. Each student enjoys 4 weekly visits to the museum to learn about art in our galleries and engage in hands-on studio art activities. The community's generous support makes MAG a vital cultural and educational resource in western New York. We can't do it alone. Please make a gift today to support the Memorial Art Gallery
