Rochester Jewels is a non-profit organization that provides mentoring services to girls in Rochester, New York area grades 4-12th helping them grow, learn, and become successful and independent young ladies with meaningful and productive lives by offering:(I)a growth and learning environment where the girls receive guidance from positive adult female role-models who are consistent, dependable, and committed; and (II)programs and instruction intended to help girls(1) excel academically and prepare for higher education and/or future employment opportunities, (2) develop decision making, goal-setting, leadership, and other life skills,(3) build character, self-awareness, self-worth, self-respect, and self-confidence, and (4)appreciate and give back to their community.
