Sing-Out Company, Inc.

The Sing-Out Company is gearing up to bring our 31st production to the stage in May of 2023. A musical extravaganza mixing song and dance with comedic charm. Sing-Out is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization devoted to giving back to the community. Comprised of talented high school students from local schools around Rochester, Sing-Out delivers a musical revue featuring comedy, song, and dance sure to please the entire family. Produced entirely by a volunteer cast and crew, Sing-Out mixes classics from the American song book with contemporary pop hits, creating a two- act show that appeals to audience members of all ages. The cast rehearses for five months, working side-by-side with industry professionals to master the dance steps and learn the songs. These productions truly live up to Sing-Out's two mottos: "Kids Helping Kids" and "It's Gotta Be Fun!" All performance proceeds are donated to charitable organizations. One organization each year is chosen by cast vote. As dictated in the bylaws, all profits are donated to charities that focus on children and families. In its 30-year history, the cast has donated over $100,000 to local charities in Rochester. Community and business support continues to be a vital part of Sing-Out. It is with this assistance that we are able to produce a professional show that delights audiences year after year.
