St. John’s Foundation supports the programs of all of St. John's communities. Since 1899, St. John's has been one of Rochester’s top providers of services that meet the needs of seniors. A mission-based organization, St. John’s is innovative, offering services that include a variety of independent and retirement living options, short-term rehabilitation, assisted living, skilled nursing, and specialized memory care. St. John’s is intentional about its vision to “lead and inspire a shift in society’s view of elderhood by embracing and celebrating life’s experiences.”
