During the first week of August, 2021, the Van Hanh Buddhist Meditation Center, located at 158 Genesee St. in the city of Rochester, NY, was burglarized, vandalized, and desecrated. Many holy objects and statues were destroyed and the living area, structure, storage buildings, and grounds were left in shambles. Your generous contribution will assist us in restoring and fortifying the center to original state of beauty and service. Donations will fund durable fencing, entry gates, a high tech security system and any upgrades needed due the vandalism. We long to return to offering Sunday school, meditation, health and wellness sessions, feeding the neighborhood, and holding Holy festivals. All are welcome to experience the fascinating culture.
